Burger Ho.st – The Burger Ho.st contains a 1/3 pound freshly ground beef patty, blue cheese or old cheddar, thick slices of chewy bacon, red onions marinated in cider vinegar and Hopfenstark's raspberry sour beer as well as tomatoes, lettuce and arugula. Presented on an artisan brioche bread with mayonnaise and a caramelised reduction of raspberry sour beer.
