Walmart Supercentre Main Store - Grocery

I went to buy LED bulbs and not 1 or 2 but it 3 staff to figure out where they had them. The store is being changed around so the normal location was gone. Then I wanted to look at tv antennas and again nowhere to be found. Someone from the seasonal without Id asked asked me if she could help so when I told her how my problem she turned away saying have a nice day. This store is completely useless.

Ive had a few issues with phone calls made to a store but on whole I find the very friendly and apaligize for other workers when they screw up and when I get one there usually very helpful

Impossible to get a hold of someone and when you finally do. They don't know how to use the on hold button and hang up on you so you have to go through the whole process again.

No one ever answers the phone. It rang for 15 minutes. Nothing and they never really have what I'm looking for.

Terrible and rude...

Terrible and rude customer service. Waited over 20 minutes for a price check on a pair of boxing gloves that were unbagged. After asking for a manager I was forced out of line and found one on my own, only to have the manager tell me she was too busy to answer any questions and to find someone else. Would not waste my time there again!
