Sage Salon Plus Spa

cut and colour..and no blow dry..was charged $161+tip $186!! Hair cut needed to be evened out by my daughter once home, it was left so uneven across back. Salon called me..yes they raised prices with no warning and admitted to overcharge by $20..but they will not give me the cash..credit for next appointment offered! What next appointment! Very loud and unprofessional atmosphere and no attempt at social distancing. So many lovely Salons to choose from in Tecumseh why go back?

Similar experience to others that posted- not happy with the haircut- I even had pictures ( multiple ) of how I wanted it- stylists said to come back if I wanted more taken off the back- I called two days in a row to see if I could get back in- no one returned my calls- also told she would charge for another haircut when she didn't cut right in the first place

I originally wanted a short haircut. But the hairdresser and I agreed to keep my length at its medium. I had highlights put in my hair and my appointment was roughly 3 hrs long because of the process of getting the highlights. When I got home. I noticed that I still had grey that was not covered. And my colour was worse than when I came to the salon for service. I paid $127. For a hairc/style I thought would turn out nice. Only because I was recommended to that particular hairdresser. Not happy!

When I walked in ...

When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted right away, and everyone seemed very friendly. I didn't want anything, but the lady at the front desk offered me something to drink and that was nice. My pedicure was amazing! The lady was very professional, and everything was clean and tidy. On top of that, my pedicure lasted me about a month or so! Thanks Sage!

My experience was less to be desired when I got a haircut from a girl stationed by the window there; her lack of experience and professionalism left me very disappointed. I paid over $50 for a sh/cut/bl-dry, way overpriced for this caliber!
