Dr. Anderson blamed me for my broken and bent retainer instead of poor glueing and inaccessible business hours. She told me I shouldn't have a top retainer and argued with me about its necessity. She called me irresponsible because I have ADHD which makes it difficult to remember to wear my removable top retainer.
