Flooring Leader

Very disappointed. I had the carpet I wanted all picked out, just waiting for someone to come out for final measurements, did not show up for appointment. Tried calling and no one answered. Decided to give another chance, and called them, explained they had not shown up. No apology, asked if Friday morning would be ok? Friday morning came and went, didn't show up with no call. They were going to try to get something sooner than Friday and was going to call me back within hour..... NO CALL.
