I have lived in St. Catharines for 5 years and have gone to Bugsy's a few times because it is near where I live. Every time I leave I claim that I will never return. Foolishly I have not followed my own advice. Until now. I can't believe some people think the food is good at his restaurant. It is usually cool or cold, arrives late at your table and is served by some little "chippie" who appears to be still in high school and doesn't have a clue about proper resturant ettiquette. Not only that, the value for the quality of the food and service is overpriced. If you want a noisy bar type atmosphere oten filled with parents who let their kids run around the establishment unsupervised then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away. The food is awful and the service is not much better. Two thumbs down on this one.
