Have been here once before & had the same, the...

Have been here once before & had the same, the house special. I was still not impressed,the place was much cleaner this time, food was much better. The service was better, but I find the restaurant is located in a bad spot. I will return one more time, as I think the restaurant & the owner can produce something good here.
