    took my jeans to him before multiple times with absolutely no problems , until this last time. promised to have my jeans finished by tuesday having brought them in on sunday for a simple hem. tuesday comes around and i go when he opens , 11 am and again at 1 am ish . it is not wednesday at 1 pm and still no sign of him with a crude paper sign on door saying will return at 1 pm thursday. now taking 6 days to hem jeans , i go in to pick up my jeans and tell him he was not open when he promised he
