Usually go here and have no problems. Brought my son for a hair cut and booked an apt to come back 1.5 hrs later. Came back and the hair dresser found out she had to cut my 3 yr old sons hair, she sighed rolled her eyes and was visibly upset she had to do the work. We said no thanks to the hair cut and walked away. Absolutely terrible way to conduct business.

I just recently went to get my hair done here and I am not one to rant or complain.I was put with a junior stylist and she was nice. the beginning of the wash was not done properly and I had a feeling the haircut was going to be the same and it was. I asked for a clean up and she cut my hair in all sorts of directions. I asked for my hair curled once she was done and she tried to curl it with a round brush and blow dryer which my hair was getting caught in and it hurt while she tugged to get it out. The curls did not turn out and one side of my hair was longer than the other and it just looked terrible! I asked for her to stop as she tried to fix it multiple times. She put so much product in my hair that it was sticky and my scalp was irritated. I was so upset with what happened I stepped aside and complained. I didn't want to pay and they claimed they could not give me any time of deal for it because the manager was not there so I had to pay out of my own pocket for their best hair stylist to rewash and fix my hair. I was not put as a high priority and still waiting for this problem to be addressed. DO not go as it is WAY overpriced as well.
