Had my 6yr. Olds Birthday party here today and it was AMAZINGING!!! Tina, her daughter, her husband and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make it a fantastic day for all of the girls! Everyone had so much fun and they provided so many treats and excited for them. I will definitely be back for our next party!!! I purchased a $50 gift certificate (which is a written piece of paper at this location) and lost it within an hour. I went back and the employee said I can't help you because the owner has taken the book with the yellow copy of the certificate. I asked for the owners name and contact and she refused to give it. I asked for her name and she pretended like she didn't understand the question. I asked her to take my name and phone number, she refused. After a week of calling the store mulitiple times a day the owner finally answered and offered to replace it. We arranged for a time to meet and he wasn't there. I went through the same thing with the employee again, and now its been 2 weeks and never heard back. Disgusting. They are doing this just to put $50 in their pockets.
