I'm deaf and moved into Durham Region a few months ago. My truck ran into a few problems. So I looked around and found this shop. I gotta say I'm happy I found this shop. I met this guy Eric, he is very nice and able to communicate with our cell phones no problem. I'm so happy with their service. I was surprised how prices were beyond fair and I saved money. They even let me go in the garage and show me the problem. I recommend this shop!

Awesome service!! Knowledgable and reliable mechanics. Always fixed quickly and the first time. Never had to take a car back to Eric to have him fix the same problem twice. Wouldn't recommend anyone else in Durham region!

His shop has excellent service, amazing pricing, very honest, extremely friendly crew, very knowledgeable in the automotive industry and his custom work is absolutely amazing..
I also like the fact Eric brings you in the back of the shop and shows you from start to finish what hes doing step by step and if you have any question's or don't understand something he's very good with explain how things work.

I am a retired guy that has been around the bend many times with cars and mechanics. I met Eric a few months ago from reading his ad on KIJIJI. Being a first time owner of a used BMW, I had him check it over after purchasing it. He gave me a report and put me at ease that I made a good purchase. I have since dealt with him with my daughters car and my own. He has turned out to be a very honest and fair to deal with. If other auto service places treated their customers as well as Eric, they would not have the terrible reputation that many of them have.
