Like the others, a subscription stopped halfway through its year-long run, a letter describing the firm was closing but no refund. Calls and e-mails not returned. Worse yet, the German publisher wont send directly to Canada and to get the same mag from USA costs twice as much.

oI prepaid for one year subscription and after I received July and August 2018 issues, I received a letter in the mail saying that the company is winding down. No further details were provided, no mention of the money being returned to me, no alternative of getting the rest of the magazines. I tried to contact the, but I have received no response so far. Very disappointed for showing so much lack of professionalism... PS: I had to choose one star for rating, but they dont deserve it.

They close the company but there are pre-paid magazine subscriptions. Who took the money? They are not answering the phone. Email is not working!!! Bad reputation.

Watch out this company has closed down and still taking orders from customers. Did not inform my mom they were suturing down but took 1000.00 from her and stopped mailing her magazines. Heard from the German store they shut and not getting there orders. They are not responding to our calls or emails
