Car Owners BEWARE. I took my car to the shop and we agreed on FOUR things:
1. the car will get inspected
2. the car will get the part replaced (steering shaft)
3. after the part is replaced alignment required
4. it will be completed by the end of day Friday.
On Friday morning it is confirmed that the part is on order and that the car will be ready by end of day. Then on Friday afternoon/evening I get a call stating the part that they received does not fit and now they are going to order a part
