I've been using Accurate Technologies for almost 30 years. They are my go-to Apple service provider. Courteous and patient.
Knowing the staff for so long, I have a hard time believing the negative comment I just read which caused me to go to the trouble of leaving a review of my own.
Horrible customer service, I called and they wouldn't let me ask any questions. They said they charge 50 dollars for diagnostic tests just to tell you it's not working, thanks I couldn't figure that part on my own! (Sarcasm) When I asked if they couldn't fix my problem with my computer would I still have to pay the 50 bucks? Not only did said yes they said and I quote "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO ELSEWHERE"!!!! Not only did the lose a potential customer but they made me go out of my way to write this
