I hired Accord Reconnection to install the phones,network and security cameras at our new location. 82 network runs in total. He was very knowledgeable and dependable. He also helped us set up our video conferencing room.

Daniel fixed an in-house problem with our phone line. He was fast, efficient and friendly, and his prices are quite reasonable. He's an electrician, as well. I'm looking forward to hiring him again for some work we done around the house.

We had to reorganize the network and telephone wiring, and we have been fortunate to deal with Accord Reconnection Service. They been very professionals, found shorter and less intrusive ways to connect our offices located on two floors. We had other companies giving estimations, but these guys have a much better understanding about the wiring job. The job was performed on time, very neat, and priced reasonable. I have problem with my phone and DSL for 4 days, even other tech from other company came to repair my noisy phone line, when the tech left my phone line completely disconnect., I have to call ACCORD RECONNECTION to come and check that if the problem was due to my internal phone line in the house. Daniel was the Tech from A.R. who came to my house for repair and found out that the phone line was not tighten properly in the outside phone box after thoroughly troubleshoot.. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone.

Daniel was very efficient and arrived at the time that he said he would. He installed the cable line with minimal interruption to the existing structure of the basement. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Service - highly recommended!

We had a problem with our phone line with Primus (no dial tone) - they deduced that we had dial tone up to the demarcation box so they told me that they could no longer help me and to look in the yellow pages. Having no credible reviews to work from, I selected Accord based on the number of years in business and from the ad - a qualified person to do the job. Daniel came despite it being after 7:00 p.m. and stayed until 9:30. I received a quote upfront on the phone and despite running into a few problems, the price quoted was the amount I paid. Turns out, Daniel is also a licensed electrician as well as many other trades. I definitely plan to call him again if I ever need any of his services. Honest, and thorough - would highly recommend if you have residential phone problems or other home renovation needs. He was able to deduce and resolve the problem and provide solutions. Thanks Daniel for fixing our phone problem - I should have called you a few days earlier instead of being without a phone line and DSL for 4 days!
