My spouse and I went in for our second time to get glasses, had great customer service from the owner and the receptionist working at the time, went in to pick up my glasses and see about getting lenses put into a favourite pair of frames (which the previous receptionist said they could do) and was told no because they could not guarantee them. Told me to buy another pair then left me sitting thier, needless to say I left and the next place said no problem! Won’t be back!
