My favorite nail salon! The only place I ever go. Tons of upgrades have been made to cleanliness and sanitation. They also now only use name brand products such as OPI, CND and etc. Love them!
Under new management! This nail salon has stepped up their game! This salon has new equipment The staff are efficient and know what they are doing. The salon is clean and re organized.
Try them and you won't be disappointed.
Some of the old staff that provided bad customer service have left!!
I get gel tips done here and they are great. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and the quality is good :)
I LOVE THIS PLACE! My sister and I both agree that the ladies working here do an amazing job! The price fits the level of service and they do not hesitate to go the step further to make your experience worth while! I always feel relaxed and refreshed after coming here. Other places rush you in and out but at DC Nails they take their time and get the job done right the first time, every time!
The massage chair are an added bonus, they offer free WiFi and even offer their customers coffee, tea and water!
Save your money and go somewhere else.
I took my mother to get a pedicure and manicure and witness one of the worst customer service. The lady was rude, impatient and made many snarky remarks.
I would not go back here.

The woman (Helen, i believe) that helped me was rude and was frustrated with me once i asked questions. That is unacceptable behaviour towards a customer. BUT my shellac was well done. Also, my friend that was with me had been cut during her shellac and her pedicure. Wont be coming back.
Whatever they use for biogel is incredible. My nails always crack and break before the two week period. My thumb nail cracked but it didn't break and it still looked so flawless. These nails lasted for three and a half weeks which is a miracle for me. Excellent quality and reasonable prices.
MONEY GRAB. Incredible. Booked a few times and always felt pressured to buy more than what I originally asked for. (e.g. extra scrub with pedicure or manicure to accompany pedicure). Owner is very confrontational. Booked one service but on phone was asked to go 30 minutes earlier to have nails done. I hesitated; wasn't sure I could. When I called on appt day to say I would arrive at 2pm (original time) owner was confrontational, saying I had committed to 1:30. Review #1.
