The florist called to say that the vase I ordered was not available. The substitution they used was excellent. I received a photo of the bouquet and it was beautiful. Just as I wanted. Excellent service when I was in another province. Thank you!
Customer Satisfaction is not they're strong point! When I called to complain that the flower arrangement I received for my 50th Birthday had dead/wilted flowers within a couple of days, the girl on the other end continued to tell me all the different things that would kill flowers. None of which I had done! They had shoved too many plants in the green styrofoam and water, which made the flowers sit in a green mulch, which the plants did not drink. Very disappointing! I would not use these guys!
Ordered a specialty arrangement off of the website was supposed to be shaped like a birthday cake with candles went to the establishment with a picture and was assured it would look identical to the pic.asked for purple and pink flowers. the result was a white and pink Flying Saucer shaped Arrangement that looked nothing like the picture on their website not even the same flowers were used. very disappointed as this was for a very special occasion a 90th birthday. Feel duped and embarassed
