Our Hot Shot service is great for when it just has to go now. We deliver pretty much anywhere we can drive. We also offer high volume discounts to business clients. We can also do scheduled pickup and deliveries if needed. Our fleet of over 20 drivers only do deliveries.
I think they have a new reception lady, she was really nice and I actually got my stuff at a reasonable time. So YAY I think things are starting to look up =)

No one picks up the phone
Then you have to wait forever for them to maybe call you back
Receptionist is a rude jerk
Once you've waited the 2 or more hours for a call back you have to wait another 2 or more hours for anything to show up!
Everytime I use the service I hate it more! I wish I didn't have to use kyte! We need another service that delivers non food items!!
