    Scam salesmen that only care about commissions and sales. Got scammed, gave them 75 bucks and in exchange they bricked my phone of 4 years, played dumb and offered to sell me a new phone as a solution while gaslighting me about what the problems were and to use chatbot customer service lines that go nowhere.

    They know what there doing but is grossly understaffed if you want to wait an. Hr then go there. Other wise pick a different company.also was not told that iphone eats up data iphone to iphone
