I and my wife and a friend had your special bacon burger
with drink,fries and sundae. This you adv. on TV and on
there the burger is huge with the bacon sticking passed the bun. What got is a small burger with 2 little pieces of bacon. We were very dissapointed of what was served
We beleive that is false advertizing
We've been to DQ's all over Canada and other countries. Medicine Hat has the worst product AND service of any location we've visited including Calgary, Edmonton and even Mexico. In other locations staff are REQUIRED to flip the blizzard to ensure it's thickness (part of DQ's nationwide promo btw).
Locally however, the product/service is atrocious. I've been given blizzards that are already running over my clothes and car at the drive-thru, I've asked staff to flip the blizzard and they say "we don't do that here". I've even spoken to the franchise owner and his response to me? "YOU TRY WORKING HERE BUDDY!"
Totally unprofessional. If a company is going to promote their product a certain way, all of their franchises need to live up to that standard! EDM locations flip them, CGY locations flip them, Mexico is actually the best fast food service we've ever seen, they flip them.
In Medicine Hat, they just run all over the place and if you ask for your money back, you are given rude responses by ownership.
