Amazing service. The guy was super friendly and was able to find an old key model. He was super knowledgeable and was clearly very experienced as he knew the exact key right off the bat. He helped me out of a real pickle and were really understanding as I ranted about my situation. Their prices are super fair and they work extremely fast.

Fast service, cheaper than all the other locksmiths I called, and I dealt with a real gentleman in the shop! Gave me a discount when I went to pay even though I didn't ask for it!! Don't see that kind of old-fashioned humanity these days!! A pleasure to deal with these folks. I'm very impressed.
When the stolen truck was recovered without keys we had it towed to Heads Lock and Key across the street. They were fantastic. As promised, the ignition tumblers were reset and new keys cut In the nick of time before the long weekend. The guys even promised to stay late if they had to. When the truck wouldn't start they even gave us a jumpstart for no extra charge and took lots of time to get us on the road. Their fees were lower than the competition in the service better. Fantastic.
I bring in a dead bolt to these guys to get a new key because one of our employees lost the key ..
after I wait 7 days and hear nothing back I call them to get a report on my lock.
after waiting on hold for 5 minutes because they could find my lock and account info the young guy comes on the phone and says I am sorry your lock is missing a bunch of pieces and the bead bolt is broken would you like to buy a new lock ??? that lock has been in use for 2 years day after day
