I brought my 81 y...

I brought my 81 year old Uncle and my younger beautiful Aunt to this Swiss Chalet for lunch. The server was very bright, cheerful and friendly. The meal was served within minutes and she got everything right. I happened to mention that we were going to use the coupon(s) that my Aunt had received in the mail, but we couldn't find that day. She had an extra coupon so she offered it to us. That changed my mind about the restaurant even though I had a bad experience before.

This place is known for its terrible service. It was not busy (maybe 6 other tables there but multiple useless staff). We waited almost 20 mins for anyone to talk to us. We said we were ready to order and they said that she wasnt our server and could only get drinks. We waited forever for food, which tasted cheap and salty- like fastfood. our server seemed to think this was normal or something. Everyone I know who has been here says it is bad and dirty, hopefully word of mouth will close this hole down for good.

NEVER GO BACK

I would nver go back here. It was nasty and dirty and the staff is so rude it is unbelievable. It should just shut the doors. NASTY!

This place was so dirty! It is so old and run down. We couldn't get past the disgusting feeling of even being there for 5 minutes so we left before we even ordered.
