Exceptionally poo...
Exceptionally poor customer service; aggressive sales tactics; unable to provide the service they agreed to and unwilling to compromise on a solution. Allan and his elderly neighbour attempted to do the work when the sub-contracted movers were not available but could only manage to get the bed to the garage, rather than the bedroom as discussed. Completing the job would involve another $150 (after having received $160 cash), but not after being screamed at by Allan on the phone. Utterly shocked.
