Casey's did our kitchen in June of 2019. The quality of the cabinets is poor, the doors were uneven, install was terrible. The caulking started splitting at top but I was told it would cost 200$ for them to come back just over 2 years later. Recently I got a contractor in, and the gap between the ceiling and top of cupboards was almost 1/2inch. I had to empty them ASAP to relieve the weight. Few improperly placed screws could not hold the cabinets up. Casey's don't stand behind their work
Had someone from Casey's come July 17 to give me a quote for a kitchen. She was going on holiday, she would get to it when she got back from her holiday and would then call me. Today I called Casey's, Aug.10, as she never bothered to call me back, she said she would email me the quote, she had it in front of her so I waited, then waited some more, got tired of waiting, will go somewhere else.
Normally, we would not go to the internet about this, but please know that management was contacted and NOTHING was done in response to our complaints. Overall, Casey's Creative Kitchen has poor project management skills and we do NOT recommend them to anyone. We had to push back our originally scheduled plumber, electrician, and backsplash installer several times due to all of the delays caused by Casey’s. Our "3 day install" that began in November 2015 is still not completed (now March 2016)
I just had my kitchen done by Casey's Kitchen, took a little bit longer than we thought but I love the result, It's transformed my old kitchen to a high end, beautiful kitchen.
Dealing with them for a replacement. The life-long warranty may not be all that long after all. I cannot believe them.
We ordered a new kitchen in April, with the promise it would be done in July. They didn't come to install until mid September (to this day we don't have any explanation why it was so late), and when the installers did come much of the order was wrong - cabinets were missing or the wrong size, the island was the wrong colour, ect. The countertops didn't come for another two weeks after that. They weren't able to fix their mistakes until early November! After four months of giving us the runaround we got absolutely no compensation for our troubles. In fact, they tried to charge us an additional $1800 because their designer messed up the pricing in the first place. On the positive side the installers were professional and did a good job with what they had to work with but overall this experience has been a nightmare and we would not recommend then to anybody.
