Stuart and his team were in and out of my home within four hours of new furnace and AC installation. Great bunch of guys, who left no trace of their visit with the exception of my new comfort appliances. When I contacted Stuart regarding an unfamiliar sound in the new furnace, he responded to a visit to my home within 24 hours.

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and service of this company. I had an AC and Furnace installed. Stuart came out and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need - told it how it is. After having 3 others quote me prices much higher and try to upsell me - this was a breath of fresh air. He came with his team and installed the units in a timely manner all the while explaining what he was doing. I felt reassured that I made the right decision and do to this day. Excellent work!

Stuart did my air condition and furnace he charged me $5500 and for a 1600 sqft house he put 2 ton aircondition which could never cool my home... with the rise of the temperature of the sun inside temperature goes high.. Wow what a service.. When I complained he came and said that the compressor was bad he also had a gauge to show me that.. But I had experience from past to know the sound of the compressor then he got his good gauge to show me that there was no problem with copressor.. Wooww..
Stuart installed our furnace and a/c many years ago, and we have been very happy with it. The one time we had an issue recently, he came within the hour on the weekend at night to take care of it, at no cost to us. Friendly and professional.
Stuart and his team installed my HVAC system 9 years ago. The units have run great with minimal maintenance ie. filters. I had water in my blower motor( my fault). My furnace stopped running this week (Sunday night of course) and I called Stuart at 7PM asking if he could come first thing in the morning. He said no, no I am coming now. He showed up by 730PM and after some great advice and serious knowledge we were up and running again by 8. Thanks Stuart for your amazing service all these years!!
I have had 2 complete furnace and AC installed in 2 separate houses. Both instillations went smooth and I am very happy. Stuart and his crew showed up on time and completed a professional instillation in short order.

I wish I was exaggerating when I said that this was the worst customer service I have ever received. I am NOT. The furnace was installed incorrect, and when I asked Stuart to come and fix it, he ignored multiple phone calls, text messages, and kept brushing us off for over SIX months! He cares about you right up until you pay, as I have read other reviews. Because him fixing the install does not pay him anything, he has no interest in doing it. He also belittled, and insulted me on the phone.
I met with many other furnace installers prior to deciding to go with this company. Stew was by far the most knowledgeable and easy to work with person. He gave me a great deal and installed the furnace literally the next day. The staff were friendly and respectful.
We had three estimates for work done. Stuart came out as promised on the day that he said the work would be done. He offered very favourable rates and also deferred half the money to 120 days same as cash. We were happy with the work that was done and hope that the product will stand the test of time
Very poor service. They did a poor job with a sloppy attitude. Not professional, actually he mocked people with jobs that didn't pay like his... our couches and vents are dirty still.
Once Stuart got the job he changed into nonchalant and uninterested in any questions. He sent 3guys instead and I heard nothing but complaints about the space from a young, entitled man who clearly didn't want to work and told me to clear the area before they'd come back. I was going to call Stuart but decided he doesn't deserve a call because he didn't call me after his workers left me with no furnace in November. Clearly he doesn't care about the customer.
