    5 star bathroom reno

    Our forty year old bathroom was gutted and replaced with a bathroom that would equal a 5 star hotel. Great job by Dan and the boys! Always there when you need them.

    Friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, honest

    Our sewage started backing up, so we looked up a number of a plumber in the phone book. We lucked out because Koets was the first one we called, and we were incredibly happy with the service. Everything from the receptionist to the knowledge and resourcefulness of the staff (Chris Koets was our primary contact) was stellar. Our issue was caused from a recently installed hydro pole destroying our (and our neighbor's) lateral connection to the city sewer. Our issue became more of a nightmare as we were forced from our home when the sewage got to our furnace. Koets determined the cause of the problem, took care of all the arrangements, contacted the city and the hydro company, and had them all meet to assess the situation. Nobody wanted to accept responsibility, and Koets went the extra mile to get everything sorted out. In the end it was quite a production to fix, having our front lawn dug up to access the source of the problem, but if it weren't for Koets' knowledge and experience (and genuine empathy and care for our situation) we would have been in serious trouble. In the end the problem was completely solved with the utmost efficiency, and our house returned to working order shortly after, thank God. I can't recommend Koets enough. I've been singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

    Peace of Mind

    My sump pump obviously crashed at the most inconvenient time. I called D. Koets and they had someone out ASAP to deal with the problem. I had to leave right after the work was completed for a business trip and when I came home days later everything was still working great. There is nothing I value more than a job done right the first time.
