Always great service. I have been there about 12 times since it opened. they have got every single order correct, for multiple people And my favourite person from the one behind the Niagara Square on Oakdale works there. Wife and I always get coffee with milk and she always greets us with such please and says ;heres your double double with the milk, Shes great. I also got a free coffee, cant go wrong with free coffee coupons! they also have a very nice, big building. just look up upon arrival.
I went to your Tim Hortons to get 2 medium icecaps. Ones a mocha and the other was a regular one. I repeated my order not only once, but twice, and he replied once again with cream and the other with milk. Feeling frustrated and allowed this order, but regretted it, because the mixture I received was horrible tasting. It's as if he deliberately made this mixture. His attitude wasn't professional, it was as if he didn't value your customers. I would advise your manager to review your staff!
