UPDATE: I HAD CUSTOMER RELATION CALL ME ASKING WHAT CAN THEY DO, THEY ADVISED ME TO TURN OFF THE VENTILATING SYSTEM AND THE HUMIDIFIER WILL WORK BETTER- THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TO ACCUMULATE ENOUGH HUMIDITY, THEY WERE RIGHT. AFTER A WEEK IT WENT FROM 21% TO 31% HUMIDITY. NOT IDEAL BUT BETTER THAN IT WAS.
My new family and I where in need of a air conditioning and furnace so after shopping around and looking for the right people we finally found Applewood!!
