this is a no frills, no nonsense shop. The store isnt pretty but the price is. They know what they are talking about and say it like it is. They also pay attention to detail. If there is a related problem they will either fix it or point it out for someone else to fix.
walked in the door asked if they changed tires just on rims, women goes yes and the older gentalmen sitting behind the desk says no we dont (quite rudely) well we do but were not doing them. i understand that you are really busy with the winter season upon us,however this is not how you treat paying customers a simple we are booked full would have fit the situation much better. this is besides the fact that i was willing to book for after Christmas as the all season tires would do till them
