COVE CAFE Lockheart Innisfil Anybody who frequents the above establishment needs to know that when attending with friends or family higher than six to a group, they automatically apply gratuity to the bill and then gladly accept further gratuity from the unsuspecting customer.... highly suspect practice, not acceptable as far as I’m concerned!
