Just had a new AC unit installed by Lougheed and I am extremely happy. Brad came to my home for a consultation and within a day I had a new AC unit installed. Everyone was extremely professional including Michelle in the office. I would recommend Lougheed to anyone!!

Dealing with Michelle at Lougheed for the past year has been terrible. Initially, we moved our business to Lougheed, as their quotes for a few new projects I had tabled came back less then our primary HVAC. I gave them the first project to start, and then rolled in to the 2nd and 3rd, and when the final invoices came in, they were a few thousand higher then the quote. I called in to discuss and Michelle cried to me on the phone, telling me she messed up the quote. I paid the invoice...
Super friendly, explained in detail the issue, and was very personable! And the cost is unbeatable !!! Skip the big name companies and save your money!
In 1988 Lougheed were the original installers of the furnace in our home that we purchased last year. The furnace would not start one day and I contacted them after finding their information on the furnace manual. Brad was at our home quickly and was able to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain how the to trouble shoot the furnace in the event it should stop working again. No pushy sales techniques and very friendly. We'll be calling them again for any servicing issues!
Great service! Very Knowledgable, courteous, explained everything to us so we could understand. Was referred to us by family who have been using Lougheeds for years, for furnace and air conditioning. Highly recommend!
