Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

So not impressed at all. We were greeted when my friend and I walked in. Then brought our drinks and food order was taken. She brought our food and never came back to check on anything but would pass out table 6 times. The restaurant was almost empty. She never returned till we got our bill. My order was so wrong! My pasta was suppose to be creamy Alfredo, not tomatoes sauce. My Greek salad had no lettuces. My chicken parm was the only decent thing there. Never going back!

Went for dinner for the first time with my 3 kids and wife. I was very let down with both the food and service. I asked for crayons for my kids that were never delivered. I had to ask for utensils and napkins for my kids. Our food took over an hour to arrive and then when it did the fries were overcooked, my steak was undercooked and my wife didn't even receive the side of fries with her clubhouse until we asked for them. Our table was then crowded by people hoping to be seated at the unprepared table behind us. I have had.much better service than this from them on lone ventures.
