Is he still in business? Randy helped to put in the original plumbing to my new construction home. Recently I had a problem with the plumbing and thought he would be the best person to contact. I wanted to schedule a service call so I emailed, left a message via his website, and left voice messages FIVE times requesting he return my calls. He never did. How can you be in business when a customer tries this many times over two weeks and you completely ignore them?
