I was concerned about the headroom issues in the old 1960 Garage, he explained everything that could be done very clearly and detailed what he was going to do prior to commencing work. Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone. Read more

I changed my my mind and I would rather replace the door and he patiently dealt with me even though I’m all over the place,.
