Catbird Productions was founded in 2006 by Katarina Soukup. A Montreal-based boutique production company, we specialize in award-winning, beautifully-crafted and enduring POV documentaries for Canadian and international audiences. We are particularly interested in work about art, culture, the environment, music, and human rights. We have the privilege of working with incredibly creative talents and put an emphasis on supporting diverse and new voices. We've also partnered with CBC, Radio-Canada, documentary Channel, Aboriginal People's Television Network (APTN), NHK (Japan), DR (Denmark), SVT (Sweden), Al Jazeera, Sundance, Icarus Films, The Cinema Guild, Doc & Film, Rise & Shine, K Films Amérique and Les Films du 3 mars.
