The Yaletown outpost of this ubiquitous Vancouver izakaya chain specializes in modern Japanese fusion fare in a casual, trendy atmosphere. The special Taste of Yaletown $35 dinner menu features a diverse variety of savoury signature dishes. Start off with ponzu beef tataki, tuna tataki and kale and asparagus goma-ae. The second course features shiso pesto chicken steak, lobster motoyaki and pine mushroom yaki udon. The third and final course offers torched smoked chicken sushi, torched saba sushi, and pepper and avocado pressed sushi.
