Leave this pharmacy for one that can actually provide you with service. Went to SDM for years nobody knew my name started at a smaller family they know who I am after one week and I can wait to get prescriptions filled. As SDMT I wait 8 hours and still not ready for an hour after they told me to pick them up. -5stars.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. So disappointed in Shoppers Drug Mart on 390 Topsail Road. 3 Days ago I booked a walk in appointment with this location for me and my Mother. It said we could arrive anytime in the next two weeks (Mon-Fri) up until 6pm. We arrived at 5:40pm tonight and they told us they made a mistake online and it was only supposed to be until 4pm and they only fixed it this morning to reflect 4pm. They said no because they did not want to open a new bottle of vaccine.

I went in to get my Covid shot and I got refused to get the shot I could not believe what I was hearing nobody has the right to do that absolutely ludicrous I will be reporting this

I’ve been a customer at this location for many years. Everyone is amazing and always go above and beyond to help whenever needed! Thank you Glen, in particular.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The man I was speaking to was beyond rude, not helpful, and hung up on me.

There are some very rude people working there. Those that are sweet make up for the ones that are lacking customer service skills.

Pharmacists are rude; they snap at you for no reason, not on time when refilling prescriptions - avoid this pharmacy if possible!!!!!!
