Had to wait 10 minutes for the for the person on cash to finish her conversation before I could pick up my order. Got home, looked at the pizza and seen that they forgot my peppers, I paid full price for only 3 toppings when I should have had 4. I’m pissed
I placed a fairly simple order at 5:30 pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I returned 30 minutes later and was told that because the day shift gets off at 6 pm, they didn’t start my order and also didn’t pass it on to the night shift. I ordered at 5:30 and didn’t get it until 6:45. That’s over 1 whole hour for a few pieces of fish
