Café Saigon welcomes you to their establishment. Come experience their casual ambiance. You can even enjoy the sun on their terrace. They are open at night all week.
This place doesnt look like much from outside but it is spacious and cozy inside, food is really tasty and you can eat for 10$. Literally 8 seconds from the SAQ at the corner to bring your own wine. Great for large groups.
It's almost impossible to know this fabulous restaurant except from having hear it's existence from someone else. But once you do, you will do like me : go back every time you can! It's DE-LI-CIOUS. It seems like a family business so you will always see the same waiters. I recommend it to every vietnamese food lovers. The imperial rolls are the best I ever tasted.
Far from the traditional banh-mi, here they are served hot with BBQ chicken or pork. Result: one of my favourite sandwiches in the world. Avoid going there during lunchtime because they are extremely busy. I have been eating here regularly for 15 years, and I never get tired of the great taste of their sandwich.
Montreal isn’t on par with Toronto and Vancouver when it comes to Asian cuisine in general, but we give them a run for their money when it comes to Vietnamese food. Whether you’re downtown, further west, or close to Jean-Talon Market, there is some fantastic pho and delicious bahn mi to be had in this town.
