This store deserves a minus 100 rating. What a bad place to go. 0 on customer service. 0 on help. 0 on human decency. I will never ever go back here again.
The equipment is great but the sales clerk behind the desk has major attitude, seemed annoyed with me. I wanted to walk out once he started giving me attitude, I made it very clear how he made me feel and he apologized.
customer service is terrible the manager makes you feel like you are bothering him he tells you one thing and then tells you you must have misunderstood had never been their and never going back again
The store has a great selection of products at great prices, but like everyone said, the number 1 problem is the terrible service. While none of the employees would win awards in my book, the real issue is actually the manager himself. He always looks like customers are bothering him and more than once he started bad mouthing previous customers right as they left the store. Terrible experience every time we have to buy there, use their online shopping option when possible.

Worst customer service ever. I've never walked into any business and seen such miserable looking guys in my life. It's too bad because they seem to have some legit equipment unfortunately nobody worth talking to.
Person at customer service service was very rude and unpleasant. Very hard to get an advice. Don't go there ever, not recommended.
I have to say that the company itself seems legit. Great prices, great choice. Marketing at a bare minimum to keep prices low. It's just this location
I have been to this store a few times and even though it has always been busy received great service. The guys there always seem willing to help even with difficult customers as noticed in the above comment.
Brutally by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was looking to purchase a workout bench that inclines. He showed me two models. He explained the two models and answered my questions with extreme cockiness. I sat on them to see which one was more comfortable turn to the guy to ask another question and he was gone. Not to serve another customer but just to go sit by the cash. So I went to the cash asked him the question and decided to go with the bench that he did not recommend
