Go somewhere else, full service but they ask me to pump my own gas (motorcycle). But not before the attendant spills gas on my brand new bike. Some time before I walked in to ask for the tire pump, stood for a good 2 minutes before I had to interrupt the staff chatting between each other as I was not acknowledged in any way. I even put a few dollars in my tank to be a customer and not try to just get free air as per their sign and the guy seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience. Stay away.
One of the few full-serve gas stations left. The employees at Eaton Thompson are always very polite and personable. I've never had a bad experience here and am happy to support local, independent businesses such as this one. Gas prices, although marginally higher than others in the area, are justified by providing the full-service experience which seems to have gone the way of the dodo. I will GLADLY pay an extra $0.25 on a tank of gas for someone to pump my gas on a cold February morning.
Tired of Woodstock gas prices higher than anyone else in SW ontario. Everyone is sick of being gouged by greedy retailers. Maybe you need to rethink your prices or go out of business when people start shopping out of town?
I'm sorry that you felt the need to post your opinion on this website before letting us explain how we determine our gas price. We have been in business for almost 50 years and try very hard to service our loyal customers at a fair price for a full service operation. Since you did not leave your name or contact information, we are unable to contact you personally. Good thing this is not the overall response we get from our valued customers.
