Best nail salon ever. The service is prompt and the price is amazing. This is now my favourite nail salon in entire TORONTO.

Great service! Sarah is wonderful! She took me as a walk-in and immediately started working on my nails. I did a matte black coffin on solar tips, and it’s some of the best work I’ve ever had done. She also gave me a shellac pedicure, again amazing. I finished up with a brow tint and wax. Everything was 5 stars. Service, Quality, Facility, Locaion - all 5 star.

Worst nail salon in whitby. I made an appt. for 5:30 and no one even addressed me until 5:52 when i walked out of the store because they were taking too long. Only one person does fake nails, this place is DIRTY and useless.

The customer service here is horrible. Every single time that I have made an appointment the owner has overbooked and I have a minimum 30 minute wait. While this may not seem to be a big deal, it is unacceptable and a terrible way of running a business. I watched them take two ladies who were older than me (20) who did not have appointments before me, after I had been waiting for a long time. The quality of manicures is average, not special enough to tolerate the service.

Gi here all the time for my mani/pedi. Owners are very nice and the service is great :)

I have been going to Urban nails for in or about 6 years. The owners Don and Sierra are great and always welcoming. My nails are in great shape and I could not speak more highly of the cleanliness of the premises, the service or their awesome techniques and designs. Caroline
