I had the most rudest cashier at customer service just now. She was too busy talking to girl in returns. She processed my order, with her back towards me, took the credit receipt in her hand, and without a thank you or any verbiage, put her hand out behind her back and assumed I would take receipt free m her floating hand! Once I could grab her hand, I ripped receipt from her and left. She infuriated me!!!!
I recently bought my new kitchen through Lowes in Whitby. I had reservations about doing so, because of the fact that any time I visit the store, it is under-staffed and takes way too long to get assistance. Besides the person that helped me order the cabinets....it has been a bad experience!! Don't order countertops from Lowes....8 weeks in....4 damaged orders....bad customer service!! Lowes blamed the countertop company instead of taking blame themselves. Lots of excuses....no customer service
My new favve local home improvement store! Friendly staff who is always ready to assist. Clean and tidy store that is easy to navigate. And the prices are great, I have just about stopped comparison shopping all together!
