I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

An absolute nightmare. Deb managed to cash the check within days of the agreement and yet it took 5 months to get my windows and doors completed. They ordered wrong windows 2x and lied 5 times about extra parts ordered for the door. I should have paid more attention to reviews. Maybe it has something to do with owner being an ex cop. Buyer beware!!!!

I have dealt with Steve at Exclusive Windows and Doors for 12 years now, as they've replaced every window in our house. My wife and I have been so pleased with their professionalism, workmanship and punctuality that they're coming back this week to upgrade our front door and windows. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Horrible customer experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Exclusive Windows and Doors. They jeopardized the closing of my house because they kept promising to fix a broken seal and never delivered. I would not recommend them to anyone. I had the worst customer experience of my life with them!
