Stellar Service - Great Buying and Post Purchase Experience
We recently purchased two wave runners and a boat from Georgian Bay Yamaha and the service has been AMAZING!! Shannon is our sales expert and he has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We are really impressed with the machines and this dealership and Shannon! Our boat went in for its 10 hour servicing and we forgot our PFDs on board...he's driving them to our cottage when he gets off work. Above and beyond!! You won't be sorry if you choose GBY!
Had my older Yamaha waverunners in for service 2 weeks ago--first time to this place. not only are they running like new, but they cleaned years of mold out of my seats, no charge, just because they noticed! Great service will be back Thanks AL

Just purchased a new Yamaha jet boat and couldn't be happier. They really care that you are getting the right boat for your needs and we did not have to worry about anything. I have been using Georgian Bay Yamaha for about 5 years to service my Yamaha SX230 boat any my Yamaha Waverunner. Their customer service impressed me so much that I now bring in my non Yamaha Motorcycles and watercraft as well. Their staff is welcoming friendly and professional. Great people to deal with, I wont be going anywhere else.
Had my 115yaha motor repaired at Georgian bay Yamaha. The motor was having trouble all
Summer. I took it to another marina and paid $650 only to have the same problem. I called GEorgian bay Yamaha 5 days before the August long weekend and they said bring it in. I picked it up on the way to the cottage and the problem was fixed. This is a family owed and operated business and it shows. I personally asked if it was a family business because because they were all so eager to help.
Bought a waverunner from Georgian Bay Yamaha this passed June and are we are loving it! Easy to deal with, everything taken care of for you, exceptional service. Definitely recommend
Bought a used boat here and was nothing but a succession of Issues and broken promises.Eventually the purchase price was refunded however still out of pocket with no acknowledgement or attempt from the dealer to make it right. Boat was not as advertised and efforts to correct the issues were minimal each time. I will not buy here again and I will not be recommending them.
