The cashier was inexperienced, didn't know how to process online returns, took too long to learn and write very long numbers. Then store manager got impatient and tried to make me feel guilty of taking so much time from other customers in line. Poor customer experience.

I had a Guess bag of which I had received as a gift and wanted to return the bag for store credit but was treated so poorly. I was given the Guess Bag with no receipt and am aware of Guess's policy of returns with no receipt, but the store manager started accusing me for not paying for the bag. Once the was transaction finally done, the Manager would not give me the receipt. I was treated with such disrespect and poor customer service.
Very bad customer service.Cashier was rude.I left my Guess card at home and she would not even give a replacement card.I bought $74.99 purse and a wallet.Purse was on 30% discount and cashier gave me 20% off which was even less than store wide discount which was 25%.I figured out it later at home when I did calculation.Worst thing ever,she did not put my receipt in my bag even though I asked for it.Now I can not even return it.
