I love their ice cream and their staff are very nice but cant understand customers at times. After all, I love their ice cream and highly recommend it.
For some of the craziest ice cream in Toronto, Dutch Dreams is the place. The Super Royal Dutch Baked Alaska has been a favourite since the shop opened in the ‘80s. The ice cream dish starts with your choice of ice cream, covered with a layer of cake and sprinkled with Gran Marnier. To complete the outrageous ice cream treat, its topped off with toasted meringue and a lit sparkler.
The waffle cones at Dutch Dreams are not the regular variety. The cones are dipped in chocolate and then rolled in everything from candy, to pretzels to cookies. The tricked-out cones are some of the best in the city!
A location change couldn’t stop the loyal fans Dutch Dreams has accumulated over the past 30 years. From the massive waffle bowls to the infamous baked Alaska, Dutch Dreams is an ice cream lovers dream! The famous ice cream shop is family-run, too.
