Baby piercing gone wrong

I went here to get my 5 month old baby's ears pierced. Any families with babies please DON'T go there. Her earrings aren't even- not even close. It's just horrible. They AGREED to RE-PIERCE the one THEY MESSED UP after I take it out and her ear heals for a couple weeks... but I just went in to get my refund -that I had to ask for- and they tell me they've CHANGED THEIR MIND AND WONT FIX IT! They should know how pierce babies ears OR just say they won't pierce babies under a certain age!

NEVER review places but I was SO unhappy with my experience here. This is why: I had booked a manicure with their Axxium Polish. It's marketed to be more durable than shellac, which I liked because I wanted it to last for Christmas (which was in 5 days). I asked the girl multiple times if it would last and she assured me it would, saying that when I wanted it off it would have to be filed off. WRONG. That night I took a shower and the polish entirely peeled off two of my nails. I was super disappointed. I had made an appointment for a wax at the same place two days later. I asked when I went if they could fix them for me but they were so busy that I had to have them fixed while I should have been having my wax. The very same day I got them fixed another nail completely peeled. So I didn't get my wax, AND it wasn't even worth it to fix the nails. Furthermore, I would get over the polish being a flop if the rest of the manicure was good, but there was no rest of the manicure. She literally only filed and painted my nails. No hand soak, exfoliant, or any of the other stuff that is included in manicures usually. I am so disappointed because it was a complete waste of my time and 40$. I recommend avoiding this place and going to escapes across the road.

Started with a wonderful Massage with Anne, followed by a relaxing facial with Lisa! Maria washed and styled my hair exactly as I wanted! A great experience! I will be back!
