Did not show up as scheduled. Would not return calls. When they did arrive two weeks late(we were patient due to Covid )they showed up without any tools. Technician use our tools but was unable to diagnose problem. Refused to speak to me when my hubby was not available(misogynistic)but ok to speak to my son. They failed to diagnose the problem and were to return the next day with a gasket and chlorine. That was June 10 and they did not return or call . Bosco is unprofessional at least.
